Returns policy
Our products are made to help you feel confident, and we’re here to support you in your journey towards healthier and brighter skin.
Sometimes, before giving up on a product, you may find that there are alternative ways to use it. Get in touch with us if you need help or advice.
We take product waste seriously. Every used return must be responsibly disposed of and cannot be resold. We ask that you use our Routine Guide or contact our team for a consultation before purchasing to ensure the product is the right fit for your skin goals.
We understand there is a possibility that certain ingredients may not be a good match for everyone. If you don't feel a product is suitable for you after patch testing* it, you can return it to us within seven days of receiving it.
What you should know
One-time trial: This policy applies only to your first-ever purchase of a specific product. If you have previously purchased and returned a product, any future purchases of that same item are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for the "lightly used" return policy.
- Patch testing means using a small amount of product on your skin to test for suitability.
- To be eligible for a refund, your returned product should be very lightly used and returned to us within seven days of receipt.
- We accept returns of up to three lightly used products in a calendar year.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchase. You can return your unopened and unused package to us within 30 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. The packaging you return must be the same as what you received from us.
Open the chat function and type 'return' to tell us which product/s you want to send back. We will provide you with an address to send your return.
Items sent back to us without first contacting our customer service team may not be accepted.
Please ensure you include a slip of paper (or write inside the box) with your name and order number so that we can identify the return.
It is your responsibility to ensure you obtain proof of postage and use appropriate packaging when sending us any returned items.
We cannot accept liability for returned items that we haven't received, or any items that get damaged in transit on their return to us.
Please do not use a jiffy bag or similar to return glass bottles and jars to us. You should use a sturdy box similiar to the one in which your order was delivered to you.
It may take us 7-10 working days to inspect and process a refund after we've received your return. A refund of the price paid for each product will be applied to your original payment method.
Postage is not refundable. Please note that the costs associated with returning the product must be met by you.
If your returned product benefited from a bundle discount or free postage, we will recalculate your order value to remove any discounts on the remaining products. We will then refund the difference between the price of your original order and the recalculated order. We'll let you know the recalculated amount before you send the product back to us.
At Krī Skincare, we pride ourselves on being a transparent and supportive partner in your skin health journey. To ensure we can continue offering our "Lightly Used" return goodwill policy to all customers while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction, we operate a Fair Use Policy.
Repeat purchases & final sale
Our "Lightly Used" return policy is designed to give you peace of mind when trying a product for the first time.
The one-time trial: Once a product (defined by its unique SKU) has been returned or refunded because it was deemed "unsuitable" for your skin, any subsequent purchase of that same product by the same customer or to the same delivery address is considered Final Sale.
Knowledge of suitability
By repurchasing a product you have previously found unsuitable, you acknowledge that you are aware of its performance on your skin. Consequently, we cannot offer a second "suitability" refund or exchange for that same item.
Annual return limits
To minimise our environmental footprint and manage the costs associated with processing used cosmetics, we limit "Lightly Used" returns to three (3) products per customer within a rolling 12-month period.
This limit does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or damaged goods, nor does it apply to the return of unopened, sealed products within our 30-day window.
Monitoring & right of refusal
We monitor return patterns to identify potential misuse of our goodwill policies. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Decline a return request if we identify a pattern of "serial returning" (e.g., a high volume of returns relative to total orders).
- Restrict or close accounts that consistently exploit our return courtesy.
- Refuse future orders from customers who have previously bypassed these terms.
