Yes, niacinamide and Vitamin C can be used together.
You may have come across blogs suggesting that niacinamide and Vitamin C should not be combined because of concerns about benzene formation. This is a common skincare misconception based on chemistry associated with certain beverage formulations, not the way our products are formulated.
Our Vitamin C + Bakuchiol Serum is oil-based and water-free, using 20% THDA (Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate), an oil-soluble form of Vitamin C. It is therefore not dependent on an aqueous pH environment in the way traditional water-based Vitamin C formulations are.
There is no reason to avoid using niacinamide and our Vitamin C + Bakuchiol Serum together.
